PlayStation on the floor: consoles, pads, one bill
A console is not counted like a PC: someone has to switch it on, hand out the pads, remember to charge them, and sell the seat at its own rate. Cyber Place keeps PS seats on the same board as the computers. The cloud backend is live, the panel and the agent are in beta.
PS seats next to PC seats
PS4 and PS5 are set up as seats, standard or VIP, each with its own hourly rate. A branch can price per platform, so a console hour is not counted as a PC hour.
An extra controller is a fixed fee
The venue sets how many controllers the rate already includes and what each additional one costs. The fee is charged when the pad is handed out and is not refunded when it comes back. A single room can run different rules from the rest of the venue.
Console switch-ons stay accounted for
A console is bound to its seat by its own id, so one console cannot serve two seats. If a console comes on with no session behind it, the shift reports it and the owner answers. The rule can be suspended for a maintenance window.
One bill per session
Hours, controller fees and the bar order all land on the same session bill. A session can be open, fixed, unlimited or free, and time is added while it runs. Revenue is reported per branch, with your rounding rule.
