Your floor on one screen: seats, sessions, revenue
Cyber Place runs the floor from one place: a staff panel for Windows and Linux, an agent on every gaming PC, and a cloud backend. The panel shows which seat is taken, which session is open, and what each branch has collected. Today the backend is live, the panel and the agent are in beta, and the player app is in development.
The seat board
PCs and PlayStation seats sit on the same board. Any seat can be standard or VIP and carry its own hourly rate. A branch can also set a price per platform.
Sessions that match the floor
Open sessions by the hour, fixed time packages, unlimited, and free when you waive the bill. Time is added in the middle of a session, without opening a new one.
Bar and payment
Drinks and snacks land on the session bill instead of a paper note. Payment is cash, card, or another method the venue names itself.
Money and history
Rounding rules are set per branch. Revenue is reported per branch. Session history keeps who started and who stopped each session.
Roles and several venues
An admin sees everything, an owner sees their own company's branches, a manager sees one branch only. One owner, several venues, one panel. The panel updates itself.
