A booking that reaches the floor, not just the phone

A booking only matters if the floor can see it. In Cyber Place a player books a seat in the mobile app, and the seat goes unavailable on the staff board straight away. The player app is still in development, the cloud backend is live, and the panel and agent are in beta.

The booking comes from the player app

In the app a player picks the venue, the seat and the time: PC or PlayStation, standard or VIP. The booking lands in the same system the shift works in, not in a separate sheet or a chat thread.

The board updates in real time

The moment a seat is booked it becomes unavailable on the staff board, with no page reload. Staff can see which seat is taken and for which slot.

Booked time is not sold twice

If a guest wants more time but the seat is already booked for that slot, the panel will not sell that time. It offers free seats instead.

The session moves in one piece

Once another seat is picked, the session moves as it is: same hours, same bill, same sold products, same controllers handed out. Only the seat changes, and the guest's bill does not restart.

Frequently asked questions

Can players download the app today?

Not yet, the mobile app is in development. The cloud backend is live and the panel and the kiosk agent are in beta.

What happens when a guest wants more time on a booked seat?

The panel will not extend the session into booked time and offers free seats so the guest can be moved.

Does the bill survive the move?

Yes. It stays the same session: same hours, same bill, same products and controllers, only the seat changes.
